iSQI has been offering A4Q Selenium Tester certification in its portfolio since August 10, 2018. A year after the launch it goes from strength to strength as an established Selenium Web Driver certification globally. Training companies around the world have added Selenium Tester training to their portfolios including:
Sogeti Deutschland, Expleo and Loyal Team in Germany, TSG and QA in the UK , Code Space in the Ukraine, Sogeti in the Netherlands and Choucair, Imbus Canada and RBCS from the American region.
More than 35 training providers worldwide are now accredited to offer training courses in over ten countries including the UK, Germany, South Africa, India, USA, Canada, Ukraine, Romania and Poland. Several ISTQB® Member Boards have also recognized the importance of this certification and are promoting it as a complementary product to the Certified Tester Scheme to regional testing communities.
Both the course materials and the exam are available from iSQI in three languages: English, Spanish and German. iSQI has seen a strong increase in the number of A4Q Selenium Tester exams over the last year.
We see a growth rate of approximately 20% every 2 to 3 months in Selenium Certification. Exams have been taken in 18 countries around the world including in Europe, the USA, Chile, Brazil, Costa Rica, Russia, Guatemala, India, Macedonia, Morocco, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates. Over 70% of candidates take the exam electronically, there is a clear trend towards on-line exams.
About Selenium WebDriver
Selenium WebDriver is a free framework for automating web applications and software testing. With this tool the tester can record interactions with a web application and automatically repeat them later at will. This function saves time, costs and risk making Selenium a leading tool globally. Many organizations use proprietary tools from vendors that rely on Selenium or have Selenium integrated. For these companies, professionals with Selenium Webdriver knowledge are not only useful, but necessary.
